When I founded Bespoke I was 24 years old, still in business school, and so broke I had to illegally squat in the back room of the shop with my 19 year old golden retriever (sorry to my property managers if you’re reading this!!) living off cheap chicken strips + chocolate milk, just praying it was going to work out - because I believed in what I was building + what a bridal shop could be. 
Fast forward 9 years + I still sometimes can’t believe just how far we’ve come + I’m so proud of not only the business, but the community we’ve built. 

I get asked ALL the time “how did you do it?” And my answer every time is: my team.

It’s the blessing of a lifetime to get to work with each of these women, who truly are just as determined to reach big goals, just as dedicated to providing the best experience for our brides in the industry, + just as genuinely supportive of not only Bespoke but, more importantly, our brides + each other, as I had dreamt all those years ago. And as an owner, there’s NOTHING more you could ever dream of than having a team that truly shares and lives those same values as you everyday. 

I am so excited to welcome you into our #bespokefam and introduce you to each of these women who are beyond excited to be part of your story - making your wedding dress shopping the experience, and memory, of a lifetime. Our sweet country babe! Alyssia’s journey into the bridal world was anything but expected + if you had told her a few years ago that she’d be trading in hiking boots for bridal gowns, she wouldn’t have believed you—yet here she is, and she wouldn’t have it any other way! Alyssia was minding her own business selling boots at Danner, next door, when Steph + I waltzed in one day + basically stole Alyssia over to the bridal world (best decision ever-sorry neighbors). Now, instead of fitting people for hiking adventures, she gets to help brides find the dress for one of the biggest days of their lives.

For Alyssia, there’s so much to love about being a bridal stylist! She loves witnessing magical “yes to the dress” moments, working with gorgeous luxury fabrics, and helping brides bring their dream wedding look to life. But her favorite part? The emotional connections. Every bride has a unique love story, and getting to be a tiny part of that journey is truly special to Alyssia. She has such a sweet calming presence + really works hard to make sure each bride's individual style + story is honored.  If you work with Alyssia, chances are high you'll be leaving with a new friend for life. 

Originally from Georgia, Alyssia moved to Bend, Oregon, in 2013. Let’s just say adjusting from sweet tea to craft beer and from humidity to “is it ever going to rain?” has been a journey—but she loves it here! When she’s not at Bespoke, you’ll probably find her competing in target archery, hiking or paddle boarding with her German Shorthaired Pointer, Goose, or screaming along to country music at a concert. The most important guy in Alyssia’s life? Her sweet 6-year-old son, who is visually impaired but has the biggest heart for music. Their favorite days together are spent at the park, jamming to his favorite tunes.

Dani joined our team in 2024 + it was definitely a "when you know you know" moment for us, we call her our missing puzzle piece! Dani has always had an eye for fashion and style, but it wasn’t until she planned her own wedding that she fell in love with the world of bridal- especially the dresses! She hit the ground running when she started with Bespoke + brides quickly fell in love with her calm + kind energy + she's a master of listening to each bride's feedback + then finding THE dress amongst all the racks that's perfectly fills every checkbox - so don't be surprised if you work with Dani + she hand picks out your dress pretty quickly, she's a wizard! 

With a background in customer service, client management, and marketing (plus a past life as a personal trainer + fitness manager), she’s always been passionate about helping people feel their best. Now, she gets to do that in a whole new way—by helping brides find the dress that makes them feel confident, beautiful, and totally themselves. 

Her favorite part of being a bridal stylist?
Watching a bride see herself in the mirror and just know—the excitement, the confidence, and that instant glow of happiness.

When she’s not at work, you can find Dani spending time with her husband, Tyler, and their 4-year-old Catahoula Border Collie, getting outside for a hike, hitting the gym, or hunting down the best new restaurant in town - which, for the record, she says is currently Acero in Downtown Boise.

Demi - our sweet born and raised Boisean,  #realbespokebride (that we decided we just had to keep forever), and self-proclaimed crazy dog lady.

Demi is kindness personified + embodies that in every interaction. With a heart full of warmth and compassion, Demi is always ready to lend a helping hand + offer support to others. Sweet, thoughtful, and genuinely interested in the well-being of others, she strives to create a space where people feel comfortable and valued. Demi is always there, ready to brighten someone’s day (ours, her brides, strangers on the street!)

Two years ago, her sister introduced her to the bridal industry, + she quickly fell in love with it.  We were lucky enough to have her join our team + it’s been an incredible journey ever since. She says she never imagined she would be so passionate about helping brides find their perfect look, but she loves every minute of it + her brides love her right back. From Demi: "Being able to listen to a bride’s vision, support them throughout the process, and be there every step of the way has taught me more than I could have ever expected. Every dress I help choose, every detail I perfect, is a reflection of the joy I feel in making a bride’s dream come true."

If she's not in the shop, you’ll find her in the mountains, hunting alongside her trusty chocolate and black Labs, or spending quality time with her nieces and nephew.

Brenna, or "B" as we call her, is one of those people that you meet + instantly fall in love with her infectious energy + smile (ifykyk - she’s literally sunshine personified). She gives her WHOLE heart to every bride she meets + has frequently been described by her brides as their "bridal fairy godmother". 
She actually started with Bespoke in Bend, when the store was brand new, but moved to Minnesota for several years with her husband in 2019. (I was devastated, it's fine, thanks Mikey) 

After opening our second location in Boise, I really needed the RIGHT person to run the shop + asked myself "If I could have ANYONE, who would it be?" + the immediate answer was B. I texted her around midnight one night out of the blue saying "Is there any way I could convince you to move back across the country and run the Boise shop?" To my surprise, she answered minutes later + the rest is history - she's been leading our Boise team ever since with heart + compassion. 

Besides being a bridal fairy godmother, B is also an incredibly talented jeweler by trade (check out her business B. Caitlin Designs + ask her about her engagement ring when you meet her, it's the coolest story). She also grew up in Sitka, Alaska, spending all her childhood outside befriending any and all animals/wildlife. If you find yourself playing Heads Up with B, she WILL pick “animals” as her category + you WILL lose. Be prepared :) 

She and her husband (+ Nelson Tugboat, their larger-than-life-personality 4 year old English Setter) have made Boise their home + absolutely love being a part of this community.

 Our resident fashion girly and coffee addict - Stephanie has been in the bridal industry for five years, but her experience in high-end retail spans over a decade. Originally from Portland, Oregon, Stephanie took her love for fashion to Oregon State University (GO BEAVS!), where she earned a degree in Merchandising Management (aka: she officially has a diploma in shopping), fueling her passion for buying and curating exceptional bridal collections.

She joined our team smack dab in the middle of the pandemic. I remember being home during quarantine playing board games (as one did) when my email dinged + it was a resume. I almost didn't open it because we couldn't even operate at the time - BUT,  I had literally nothing else to do so, thankfully, I ended up opening the email later that night + immediately knew I had to have her on the team. She started as soon as we were able to reopen + very quickly became my right hand here in Bend + is responsible for SO much of our growth + creative direction ever since. Steph dreams BIG + then makes it happen, every time. 

As a bridal stylist, she brings a refined eye for style + a passion for creating unforgettable moments. She loves personalizing each bride’s experience, making sure every appointment feels as unique as the bride herself. One of her absolute favorite parts of the job is traveling to bridal markets all around the world (we've been everywhere from New York to Spain together!) to hand-select the beautiful dresses that fill the shop. For her, it’s a dream come true—a rewarding opportunity to put her buying expertise to work. It’s basically a real life fashion treasure hunt, and she couldn't love her job more!

When she’s not helping brides find the one (dress, of course), Stephanie is soaking up life in Bend, Oregon, with her husband and their overly energetic Vizsla, Olive. She can usually be found trail running, floating the river, or tracking down the best local eats as a dedicated celiac gluten-free foodie—all while running on an undisclosed (but probably excessive) amount of coffee.
